The Bantam was BSA's best-selling bike of its day, and this 350 brings the name back with the same idea behind it: a good-looking, straightforward machine that's easy to ride. If you fancy a proper classic without any complications, start here.

It runs a 334 cc four-stroke DOHC single, liquid-cooled, producing 29 hp at 7,750 rpm and 29.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm, with a six-speed gearbox. Braking is by a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear, both with floating calipers and ABS as standard.

Up front there's a telescopic hydraulic fork with 135 mm of travel, and twin rear shocks adjustable across five settings. At 185 kg kerb weight, with an 800 mm seat and a 1,440 mm wheelbase, it's effortless around central Palma and never feels out of its depth on a coastal run.
